Really good hotel experience
elegant decor spacious room delicious breakfast panoramic view
The hotel is understated elegant and very clean. Our preserved room was spacious with historical remnants. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. The rooftop pool had panoramic views of the city and a nice bar.
It was a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast options included plentiful food choices. Chefs were available and helpful with requests. Sabbat meals seemed like a work of art and were plentiful. I found the food creative and flavorful.

The reception staff seemed very cute and helpful. The staff members were kind, professional, and dedicated. A guest relations head were great too accommodate requests. i was very impressed with the level of service.

The rooms are unique with tall ceilings. Rooms seemed large and well-appointed. I noted the presence of historic Templar buildings adjacent to the main building. Stairs connect these buildings.

i found the reception staff very cute. the room was very clean and had everything needed. the hotel includes a great pool and spa area it was great.

acceptable stay, some minor issues
expansive options delicious food excellent staff noisy halls inconvenient train freezing pool
the breakfast was amazing i saw expansive options and delicious food. the room size was good it was comfortable for my stay. staff was excellent they handled all requests efficiently.
the workers cleaning the rooms were noisy in the halls i found it unpleasant. the train being built outside is very inconvenient it created noise. the pool inside was freezing the temperature was too cold for swimming.
